Madeline is a graduate of Florida A&M University's School of Journalism and Graphic Communication. Since receiving her Bachelor of Science degree in Broadcast Journalism, she maintains a passion to tell stories about underrepresented and marginalized communities.

In her last semester she used her skills as a Multimedia Journalist for FAMU TV 20 News. She also served as a webcast editor for the SJGC.Media website. Throughout her academic career at FAMU, she has served as the online editor and managing editor for the university’s publication, Journey Magazine.

Moreover, she interned for USA Today Network Tallahassee Democrat as a staff writer which led her to cultivate strong storytelling skills. Her curiosity of the world around her and passion for writing, editing, and storytelling is displayed through her work. She aims to enter into the entertainment sector, while sticking to her journalistic roots, as a documentarian and digital media storyteller.
